Can certain diseases cause paranoia similar to that seen in individuals with paranoid schizophrenia, even if they do not have the disorder?

Pharmaceutical drug (abuse or side effects)
PTSD
Head injury
Alcohol withdrawal

Brain Tumors
Grief (yes, sadly)

Can relationship issues cause depression?
Hallucinogen use
Withdrawal from benzodiazepines
Sleep disorders
Can you name an example of bad parenting?
